The Mercedes-Benz GLE is the modern successor to the M-Class model, which first debuted in 1997. With Mercedes’ current badging convention, all its SUV names begin with a “G”.
The last letter denotes its position within the brand’s lineup. In this case, the “E” means it belongs in the E-Class range.
In this video, Julian takes us through the Mercedes-Benz GLE450, a recently updated seven-seater SUV. Apart from the design enhancements and added technology, the GLE450 is also equipped with EQ Boost, Mercedes’ mild hybrid system that helps improve efficiency while boosting performance.
