The Hyundai Venue S is a subcompact crossover aimed at younger motorists who want a hip and trendy vehicle.
Neat details include two-tone paintwork, a big grille and the model name emblazoned across the tailgate. At a hair over 4m long, it’s also easy to manoeuvre around town.
Inside, the Hyundai Venue has a complete infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and an 8-inch touchscreen. The cabin is relatively spacious and practical. Here, the backseat accommodates three and the boot offers 355 litres (rear seats up) of space for cargo.
Powering the Hyundai Venue is a naturally aspirated 1.6-litre engine. It’s capable of 121hp (123PS) and 154Nm, and a 0-100km/h time of 11.2 seconds. Fuel consumption is rated at 17.2km/L.
Will this hip crossover win over our two reviewers? Find out if they’ll declare the Venue a “will buy”, “go try” or “don’t buy”!
