The updated Volvo XC90 has a refreshed design and promises improved fuel efficiency, too.
As part of the Swedish manufacturer’s electrification strategy, the latest Volvo XC90 is now equipped with a kinetic energy recovery braking system, which utilises brake-by-wire technology.
The new electrified powertrain supposedly offers up to 15 percent fuel savings by recovery energy that’s otherwise lost from braking.
Style-wise, the the XC90 is now offered with new exterior colours and new wheel designs.
There is also a more “modern” grille.
Interior-wise, the XC90 can now be specified in a new six-seater configuration.
The latest XC90 will arrive in Singapore towards the end of 2019.
