Volkswagen will introduce the updated Arteon via a virtual premiere on 24 June 2020.
The latest model will also be available in a new Shooting Brake variant alongside the classic Gran Turismo four-door fastback.
Inside, the Volkswagen Arteon will have a completely new cockpit to match the charisma of these models, and will feature the latest modular infotainment matrix systems to ensure optimal connectivity.
The range has also been realigned to offer engines the deliver high efficiency, low emissions and plentiful torque. Intelligent driver assistance systems will also be introduced in this avant-garde model line.
For instance, Travel Assist will facilitate highly assisted driving within the system limits for the first time if required.
Designed with long-distance journeys in mind, Volkswagen Arteon models equipped with this technology can take over steering, acceleration and braking up to speeds of 210km/h – under the control of the driver.
