Audi Singapore has launched the refreshed A4 via a virtual launch on its “Audi Live” platform.
The compact executive sedan now looks even more dynamic and sophisticated thanks to sportier design highlights.
SHARPER LOOKS
The Audi A4 is available in Singapore with either LED headlights as standard or with the optional Matrix LED technology with fully automatic high beam.
Buyers who opt for the additional Matrix LEDs will have their cars play additional coming home/leaving home animations.
The singleframe grille with its sculpted cross bars is now broader and flatter, while at the rear, a continuous chrome strip connects the rear lights. Both features work to emphasise the car’s width.
Two trapezoidal tailpipe trims that are embedded in the diffuser insert form the end of the exhaust system.
A MODERN INTERIOR
In the cabin, a storage compartment now occupies the position of the previous MMI control terminal, with the rotary control for the volume to its right.
The new Audi A4 is also available with Sport and S Sport seats as alternatives to the standard seats, while a flat-bottomed steering wheel can also be optioned.
NEW ENGINE OPTIONS
At launch, the Audi A4 is being offered with two engine options. Both will utilise a turbocharged 2-litre TFSI engine equipped with a 12V mild hybrid system.
The first option has an output of 148bhp, while the second delivers 188bhp. A third 246bhp variant will be added to the lineup at a later date.
Audi claims the mild hybrid system reduces fuel consumption by up to 0.3 litres per 100km.
Customers can also choose between a standard suspension or a sports-oriented setup. Those that opt for adaptive suspensions will get a ride height reduction by 10mm.
Meanwhile, those that opt for the sports suspension will get their car lowered by 23mm, with or without adaptive suspension.
17-inch alloy wheels are standard for the Audi A4 in Singapore, while Audi and Audi Sport are offering additional choices of wheels up to 19 inches in size.
Audi has also launched a new, smaller A3, which you can read about here.
