Kia Motors India has today released the first official images of the Sonet compact SUV.
The pictures show the Kia Sonet sporting a lively cabin that houses a sweeping dashboard and a minimalist centre console that offers easy access to its class-leading features.
Kia describes the general ambience as being “both youthful and luxurious”, catered for young-at-heart, always-connected consumers.
A 10.25-inch HD touchscreen and navigation system with UVO Connected technologies rests atop that dashboard. Steering wheel-mounted controls will give drivers the ability to select different drive and traction modes.
Meawhile, the air vents in the dashboard feature a metallic, diamond-knurled pattern, bringing additional chic to the interior.
The three-dimensional “stepwell” geometric grille mesh on the front of the car is said to be inspired by Indian architecture.
The Sonet will feature an extensive list of active and passive safety equipment. It will come equipped with up to six airbags – offering a class-leading combination of front, side and curtain protection for occupants.
