Click & Drive, Hyundai’s first-ever digital car sales platform, is now online.
Presented to members of the media yesterday (Nov 8) by Komoco Motors, the platform took nearly 12 months to complete. Singapore is the first market in the world to have this.
After signing up for an account, users can then choose from Hyundai’s local model lineup and configure the vehicle of their choice.
Potential buyers can choose the exterior paintwork and interior trim colours, and are presented with financing options, too.
The platform also has a 360-degree viewer for both exteriors and interiors.
At the moment, however, Click & Drive only lets customers book and secure the vehicle price. Owners with existing cars to trade-in still have to liaise with a sales consultant.
Click & Drive also has a chat function, which enables clients to communicate with a salesperson, who will help address any queries.
A “garage” function, which will enable owners to see their car’s service history, will be added to Click & Drive at a later date.
