Ford will be giving away model kits for the GT model at the 2016 North American International Auto Show, which will take place in Detroit from Jan 11 to Jan 24.
Each kit comprises 14 pieces and is assembled by simply snapping the pieces together.
A 28-piece retail model kit, which is priced at US$14.99 ($21), will go on sale in April.
