City Energy has introduced a new charging service called Go that lets drivers in Singapore access chargers in Malaysia, too.
The service is accessed via an app. Apple users can download it here, while Android users can download it over here.
The introduction of Go coincided with the launch of City Energy’s first chargers in Singapore located in Parc Botannia, a condominium in Sengkang.
Go chargers are set to come online at 11 other condominiums here as well. These include Jadescape in Marymount, Parc Komo in Changi and Van Holland in Holland Village.
Meanwhile, the stations in Malaysia are operated by EV Connection, the firm that City Energy has partnered with. Go drivers have been able to access EV Connection’s network of 12 chargers since 19 April 2022.
EV Connection is one of Malaysia’s pioneer EV charging providers. The company is a TÜV SÜD certified EV charger installer that works with several carmakers.
