Citroen has updated the C3 Aircross crossover. The car’s front end sports the most dramatic change with the new grille and headlamp signature.
Within the grille is also a new geometric pattern, while a new silver-grey skid plate now features coloured inserts. The chrome-trimmed chevrons at the front have also been enhanced and now extend towards the LED lights.
ADVANCED COMFORT, HEIGHTENED CUSTOMISATION
Four interior ambiences are being offered for the new Citroen C3 Aircross.
The cabin gets a new 9-inch infotainment display.
The standard ambience consists of grey seat decor combined with textured grey dashboard. However, customers can also opt for options such as Urban Blue.
Inspired by classic sportswear, it features blue cloth and a blue leather-effect fabric, a crosswise strip on the upper backrests with a chevron motif, and a dashboard strip with a blue leather-effect decor.
The new Citroen C3 Aircross also promises greater travelling comfort thanks to its new Advanced Comfort seats. Available with the Urban Blue, Metropolitan Graphite and Hype Grey ambiences, the seats offer unique padding with an extra 15mm of foam, alongside distinctive Citroen stitching.
Citroen says the new seats also offer increased support and comfort thanks to a high-density sheet in their centre and the use of thicker, structured foam.
A new sliding rear bench also allows boot space to be increased from 410 litres to 520 litres. Total boot space is 1,289 litres with the rear bench folded.
Elsewhere in the cabin, a new, larger 9-inch touchscreen offers greater user-friendliness, clarity and practicality. The new display highlights the Citroen Connect Nav and the Mirror Screen function.
It is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Wireless smartphone charging and Citroen Connect Assist are also included.
MORE ADVENTUROUS
The new Citroen C3 Aircross is also now equipped with Grip Control with Hill Assist Descent. The system enables drivers to adjust front-wheel traction depending on the terrain and maintain speed when descending hills.
The latest C3 Aircross is available with a range of efficient and high-performance PureTech petrol and BlueHDi diesel engines.
The PureTech 110 is offered with a 6-speed manual, while the PureTech 130 comes with a 6-speed automatic. Diesel options include a BlueHDi 110 paired to a 6-speed manual, and a BlueHDi 120 paired with a 6-speed automatic.
