The Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback models in Singapore have received power bumps.
Both SUVs are now offered with a 188hp turbocharged 2-litre TFSI engine, which develops 320Nm of torque. These outputs are transferred to the road via a 7-speed S tronic (dual-clutch) transmission alongside Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive.
The powertrain upgrade also helps both models hit 100km/h from rest in a slightly quicker 7.3 seconds instead of 7.4 seconds.
Previously, the turbocharged 2-litre 4-cylinder produced 177hp.
Drivetrain aside, buyers will find the same premium and practical cabins in the models. The luxury SUV is equipped with a 10.1-inch infotainment display that’s angled towards the driver.
Virtual cockpit – Audi’s 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with three selectable layouts, is also standard. A Bang and Olufsen sound system, alongside a two-piece panoramic glass sunroof are available options for both cars.
Both SUVs come with a 40:20:40 split-folding rear bench that can also slide up to 150mm.This expands cargo space from 530 litres to 670 litres.
Audi’s adaptive cruise assist, which combines adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist and the active lane assist functions, are on board both to lighten the burden of driving on highways or in heavy traffic.
Audi park assist is also available as an added option.
