Drive a Jaguar or Land Rover? You could soon be asking Alexa to navigate you home.
Amazon Alexa is now making its way to all new Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. Current owners will also be able to get the new feature, so long as your car comes with the advanced Pivi Pro infotainment system.
Set to arrive via an over-the-air update, the addition of Amazon Alexa will allow drivers to to adjust their car’s navigation, media player, or make phone calls, all via voice commands.
It will also allow you to check on the news and weather, or retrieve a shopping list before you head down to Cold Storage.
Owners will be notified via a message displayed in their vehicle’s touchscreen once the update has been installed in their vehicles.
You can find out more about Amazon Alexa and how to activate it here and here (for Jaguar and Land Rover respectively).
