Alfa Romeo has unveiled the limited edition 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo.
TRIBUTE TO A LEGEND
The car takes inspiration from the 1967 Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale, the brand’s legendary mid-engine sports car. Only 33 units of the 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo will be produced, all of which are destined for North America.
The 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo comes exclusively in Rosso Villa d’Este tri-coat exterior colour, with gray-gold five-hole alloy wheels. Inside, there are composite sport seats covered in black Dinamica suede and tobacco leather.
DISTINCTIVE TOUCHES
Dedicated plaques rest on the dash, side sills and center console, the last of which is numbered. Customers also get treated to a matching, numbered book designed by Centro Stile. It chronicles the 4C’s design concept, technology, materials and Modena assembly facility as well as the history of the 33 Stradale.
The Alfa Romeo 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo also gets much of the original 4C Spider’s optional equipment as standard.
These include an Akrapovic centre-mounted exhaust, race-tuned suspension, suede/leather seats and Italian flag mirror caps. Completing the exterior treatment are Centro Stile Alfa Romeo badges, along with a piano black front air intake and rear diffuser.
ITALIAN TECH
The 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo is powered by an all-aluminium 1.75-litre turbocharged engine with direct-injection, dual intercoolers and variable-valve timing. It is paired to Alfa’s 6-speed twin-clutch transmission.
The motor produces 237hp and 350Nm of torque, allowing the car to sprint from rest to 96km/h in 4.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 257km/h.
This Alfa Romeo 4C Spider 33 Stradale Tributo marks the final production run of the 4C Spider for North America.
