Event: Lions Befrienders Charity Car Rally 2019

Date & Time: 1 September 2019, Sunday, 7:30am – 3:00pm
Lions Befrienders Charity Car Rally 2019 is organised specially for driving enthusiasts as well as the benevolent individuals to come together to raise public awareness on the social isolation that beset many seniors in our community. Modelled largely after the “Amazing Race”, participants in this car rally will have to solve interesting puzzles/problems that will in turn bring them to various pit-stops and ultimately to the Finishing Line to win exciting prizes (ceveat: only for the first five teams that successfully complete the race). Through this brain and navigational skill-testing, adrenalin-pumping course, participants will help to publicise the pervasiveness and seriousness of social isolation in the elderly.
Support this meaningful charity drive by:
- Participating in the Car Rally as driver / passengers (#$400 per car – Maximum 1 driver and 3 passengers; Minimum 1 driver and 1 passenger)
- Making an outright donation to “Lions Befrienders”
- Donating in-kind for the Goodie Bags / Award Prizes
#All donations of $50 and above are entitled to 250% tax deduction.
