Audi Singapore has completed the revamp of its Service Centre, which is located at 55 Ubi Road 1.
The renovations, which took a year to complete, have enhanced the facility’s spaciousness and refinement.
Audi Singapore says that the Service Centre now accommodates more vehicles.
This, it adds, should make it easier for Audi owners to book service appointments.
New customer experiences
The refreshed facility reaches out to customers in new ways, too.
For instance, there’s an augmented reality experience with the Audi e-tron.
The lounge features handy charging points for clients who need to work as they wait.

Owners will also enjoy the added convenience of service advisers attending to them where they sit.
Paperwork, updates and bills will be brought to them. This saves customers from the hassle of queuing.

Enthusiasts and potential buyers alike can also check out Audi’s latest models at the new Service Centre.
The soon to be launched RS5 Sportback and e-tron will be specially displayed in the facility on June 2, from 10am to 8pm.
Audi Singapore will also be offering special promotions for their current range of models.
The Audi Service Centre is located at 55 Ubi Road 1, Singapore 408699.
On normal days, opening hours are from 8am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays, and from 8am to 12.30pm on Saturdays.
