Jeep, celebrating 75 years as the iconic 4×4 SUV maker, has tied up with Warner Bros. Pictures to become the official car partner of the hugely anticipated action adventure, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which opens in local cinemas on March 24. In the blockbuster, the world’s most iconic superheroes clash for the first time ever on the big screen.
The linkup kicked off during production, when Jeep’s Renegade SUV model, which is said to feature the best off-road capabilities in its category, was deployed through the streets of Metropolis with Bruce Wayne, aka Batman, at the wheel for a key scene in the film.
You don’t need to be Bruce or a billionaire to buy the Jeep Renegade “Dawn of Justice” special edition, which has been launched to coincide with the release of the movie. The car’s special exterior features include stunning Granite Crystal, Carbon Black or Colorado Red livery, a host of polished black painted accents, black roof bars, unique 18-inch alloy wheels and bespoke Dawn of Justice badging. DOJ insignia also adorns the black cloth seats of the cabin, whose air vents and hi-fi speakers are black in colour, too. (Click here for our review of the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara.)
